Hi there! I'm Tetiana Kolcheva, the proud founder and owner of Summit Cleaning. My journey in the United States began in 2012, leaving behind my life in Ukraine, where I pursued my passion for music and received a piano teacher degree.
The year 2015 marked a significant turning point as I welcomed twin boys into my life, ushering in a new chapter of motherhood and family-building. In 2017, I dipped my toes into professional home cleaning, initially assisting family and friends. This experience was nothing short of an epiphany - the profound impact of a clean space on one's state of mind struck a chord with me. I wholeheartedly believe in the mantra, "Clean Space = Clean Mind."
My enthusiasm for organization and interior design found its perfect outlet in this industry. In 2018, I took the leap and established Summit Cleaning. Starting in a modest basement office, the business has since flourished, proudly boasting a thriving office location in Westminster.
With unwavering dedication and a genuine love for what I do, I've built a team of over 20 individuals who share my vision. Today, my main focus lies in improving the lives of both my employees and clients by offering exceptional services and a range of benefits. Currently, I navigate the joys and challenges of raising two burgeoning hockey enthusiasts in my Arvada home.
My journey underscores the power of passion, steadfast commitment, and the profound belief that a clean, organized space can foster clarity and well-being. Guiding Summit Cleaning, I am committed to upholding a standard of excellence in the industry, dedicated to transforming spaces and enriching lives.

Hi, I'm Maria Gonzalez. I was born in Mexico and raised in the United States. I am a proud mother of two wonderful children, a dog lover, and have been happily married for over 24 years.
I have worked in the cleaning industry for more than 18 years and have spent the last 7+ years with Summit Cleaning. Throughout my career, I serve as a Quality Control Specialist, Deep Cleaning Specialist, and Trainer. I am passionate about helping others succeed and take great pride in maintaining high standards of quality, professionalism, and customer service.
I believe that great leadership starts with clear communication, accountability, and a genuine commitment to supporting others.
One of the most rewarding parts of my work is coaching and mentoring team members, helping them build confidence, develop new skills, and achieve their goals. Whether I'm training new employees, improving cleaning processes, or enhancing the client experience, I am driven by a passion for excellence and continuous improvement.
My mission is to create positive experiences for both employees and clients while fostering a culture of teamwork, growth, and success. I am grateful for the opportunities I've had throughout my career and look forward to continuing to make a positive impact on the people and communities we serve

Hi there my name is Taylor! I'm a passionate animal lover, with a special fondness for our feline friends. Cats have a special place in my heart, and I'm known to be their number one advocate. I've been actively involved in animal welfare by fostering animals from local shelters, and it brings me immense joy to mention that I've had the privilege of saving the lives of 22 animals so far and I plan on saving many more.
My love for the color pink is no secret! Alongside my dedication to animals, I share my life with my amazing partner of 3 years, and together we have five wonderful "furbabies" who enrich our lives with their love and antics. In addition to my love for animals, I'm also a proud vegan. My lifestyle choice reflects my deep respect for all living creatures and a commitment to creating a kinder, more compassionate world. In addition, crafting and baking are two of my passions and I can't help but immerse myself in the world of creativity and delicious treats.
With over 15 years of experience in customer service and sales, I've honed my skills in building connections and understanding the needs of others. This background has given me a strong foundation in effective communication and a commitment to providing top-notch service. I love my current position in Sales here at Summit Cleaning as it allows me to interact with new clients, striving to establish trust and nurture enduring relationships.

With over seven years of experience in customer service and administration, I'm passionate about helping clients feel supported and valued every step of the way, creating positive client experiences with a caring approach to every interaction. I love being outdoors - whether it's playing beach tennis, spending time at the beach, or hiking in nature. I'm also big on healthy eating, wellness and all things that nourish both body and mind. You will also find me exploring new places locally and around the world whenever I get a chance.
